Any Meatballs
A basic recipe template you can use to create your own custom meatball. Works great as a stuffing for cabbage, pasta, dumplings, peppers, you get the idea.

- 1 lb Ground Meat
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Soft Green Herb, chopped, Basil, cilantro, parsley, mint, etc
- 1/4 Cup Roughly Chopped Nuts, toast 'em!
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 2 tsp Dry Spices, or your favorite spice mixture
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes, optional
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Olive Oil, Skip if meat is fatty, like pork
Preheat Oven to 400°F
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
Portion out meatballs onto a lightly greased sheet pan, using about 2-3 TBS of filling per meatball.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through, being careful not to overcook.
